Vancouver General Hospital

The Division of Hematology at Vancouver General Hospital encompasses the Leukemia/Bone Marrow Transplant Program and General Hematology including the Apheresis and Thrombosis Programs.

Clinical Services are located on the 6th floor of the Blackmore Pavilion, which houses the Clinical Hematology and L/BMT Program clinics and outpatient treatment facility. The L/BMT Program also has an in-patient unit on the 15th floor of the Jim Pattison Pavilion. These units are staffed by twenty-nine physicians and a dedicated team of nurses, researchers and unit clerks. Administrative support and physicians’ private offices are located on the 10th floor of the Leslie and Gordon Diamond Healthcare Centre.

St. Paul’s Hospital

The Division of Hematology at St. Paul’s Hospital (Providence Hematology) specializes in Clinical Hematology including management of the Hemophilia and Hemoglobinopathy Programs.

The primary clinic and administrative offices are located at 1144 Burrard Street.  Additional clinics for Hemoglobinopathy and Hemophilia are located in St. Paul’s hospital.  To confirm your appointment location, please contact SPH Clinical Hematology.
