Clinical Assistant Professor
Dr. Maryse Power trained as a haematologist in Ireland, completing the Higher Medical Training Scheme in Hematology. She worked as Lecturer in Hematology in St James Hospital Dublin and Trinity College Dublin 2004-2005 before moving to Canada in August 2005. She completed fellowship in Leukemia and Stem Cell Transplant with the Leukemia and BMT Program of BC before joining the attending physician staff in July 2007.
Her research interests include acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplasia, stem cell transplant therapy for relapsed Hodgkins Lymphoma and the management of opportunistic infections following high dose chemotherapy and stem cell transplantation.
